She holds a Business Diploma in Practitioner Coaching from The Coaching Centre and trained as a Professional Facilitator in Conflict and Change through the Findhorn Foundation College in Scotland. Jessica specialises in facilitating work environments that help people think for themselves, whilst raising motivation, performance and productivity. She works one-on-one or on a team level and employs a warm, practical and solutions-focused approach. Her philosophy honours the individual as the expert in his/her life and work; and believes each individual has the capacity to be creative, resourceful and whole. With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Jessica believes all individuals have the inherent right to live and work with purpose and passion.Clients include entrepreneurs, directors, department heads and middle to senior managers both in the private and public sectors.
